Fcm Asia are in the process of implementing phase 1 of their new IBE with integrated Galileo profiles for use by their corporate customers. This phase is expected to go live in January and further phases will follow.

We are pleased to announce that following various successful joint presentations, we have now reached an agreement to work with Procon Solution A/S to provide a fully integrated system from point of sale to back office.
Our products have been written using similar technologies and processes, this means that the integrated solution is seamless and gives the agent the ability to work with a single point of contact rather than different companies throughout the sales process.
We are currently working together both in Europe and the UK.

From today, customers will be able to log support issues and requests for enhancements via our website. The support area has been greatly enhanced and customers are able to log calls, track progress and produce reports based on their activity.

In-house, logs are checked and updated on a regular basis and customers will receive e-mail notifiction of each update.

Customers wishing to access this facility should request an access code from us.

The latest version of Fares Assist supports both open jaw fares and mixed class fares.
In addition to the above, we are now also able to accept charter fare feeds for display on a website. The next new feature will be allocations for fares which will be available within the next 4-6 weeks.

It has been announced that Ickenham Travel Group's online division, Letsgo2.com are finalists in the Dynamic Packaging Website Of The Year category of the e-tid.com awards 2005.

The site is powered by our newly launched dynamic packaging solution Package-IT. The software takes fares and accommodation data from our Fares Assist and Hotel Assist products and incorporates a powerful booking solution and a comprehensive reporting facility.

We are thrilled to be the sole technology provider for this innovative site and wish LetsGo2 every success in the awards.

December saw three new sites 'go live', these include a Fares site linked to Worldspan, a Cruise site with full cruise search facility and a 'one-stop shop' site for package holidays using a combination of Billian products and 3rd party XML technology.

Working together with eflightseeker, Fares Assist users can select to view nett only or nett & low-cost fares on a single screen. Furthermore, clients with a GDS link are able to view nett, published and low-cost fares together.

We are pleased to announce the launch of our new product 'Package-it'. This exciting new product is suitable for any agent wishing to package various components together, including flights, hotels, transfer, excursions and insurance, for sale either on the Internet or in a call centre environment. The product is already in daily use at Letsgo2.com and will officially be launched at the Travel Technology Show on 1st & 2nd February.

Our Hotel Assist product has been enhanced to enable agents without their own negotiated hotel rates to sell rooms via their web site. We already have links to Hotelbeds, Tourico and Trans hotel with others following shortly.

Fares Assist has been installed at the JTG Infotech Services Ltd. call centre in New Delhi.
Our team went out to Delhi last week to install the software and train the staff who will be responsible for loading airline contracts onto the system.

The call centre is part of the Brightways Travels Group who have also recently taken the Fares Assist web based solution for their offices in London.

Flightpath are soon to launch their new, updated Flightpath online product. Based on our successful Fares Assist database, the solution has been tailored and the site designed specifically for users of Flightpath. The new solution offers agents the ability to view both nett fares and charter fares in a single fares display using a state of the art enquiry process. Flightpath customers are also offered the option to display the fares on their own web sites for the benefit of their customers. Our Hotel Assist product has been enhanced to accept automatic imports from various hotel chains. This saves valuable time inputting data and enables staff to start selling the new rates immediatey. Final testing is now taking place and the solution will be available for general release by the end of November.

Portman Travel have signed up for our Hotel Assist software to be used within their Hotel Department. The product has been implemented and will eventually enable each branch offices to view corporate rate and hotel information. The system also enables users to produce hotel invoices and track commisson, removing much of the administration burden associated with hotel bookings.

The Sabre link has now been completed and is in use. This option enables the user to view nett & published fares on a single screen, check availability and make bookings using a simple booking wizard. This facility can be used in-house of on a web site and enables you to offer your clients the ability to make their own bookings.
The same functionality is already available to Worldspan users. Amadeus users... watch this space !
