'Profile-it' has been designed to allow business travel agencies to manage the travel policies of its clients.

It also permits travellers to enter and amend their travel profile 24 hours a day, immediately and on-line from anywhere in the world.

'Profile-it' is a comprehensive profiling system that ensures your business traveller's preferences and needs are met each time.

As well as travel policy, the system is able to store other information such as :-

• Preferred departure airport.
• Preferred hotel, rating and room type.
• Preferred car-hire company and car.
• Preferred suppliers.
• Payment methods and details.
• Privilege cards.

A company's travel policy can be entered into the system and any travel booked outside the policy can be flagged up. The agency will then set up the client account on the 'Profile-it' database with the specific travel policy. A unique user name and password will be created which lets the traveller search for flights and hotels based on the details held in their profile. This ensures that the best possible fares and hotels are searched to match the clients requirements and ensures seats, special meal requirements etc are adhered to on every reservation. Profile-it will automatically update the GDS as well as integrating with online booking tools. Re-keying of information is therefore not necessary, accuracy is improved, delays are removed for the traveller and ultimately the travel agents time is saved.
