Solutions Ltd. have been providing desktop solutions to the travel industry for the past 12 years and can demonstrate a proven track record of ability to develop, maintain and support solutions for global clients. In addition to several standard products, we pride ourselves in being able to create bespoke solutions for any aspect of the travel business and as such this makes up 50% of our business.

The company, based in Lancashire, is headed by a Technical Director and supported by a team of developers and support personnel. In addition to this we have a Sales Director and a London-based Account Manager. The first product to be developed by Billian I.T. Solutions Ltd. was Fares Assist and it is still the flagship product today. The system has matured over the last 10 years and we believe that it is one of the best and most competitively priced systems available on the market. Implementations of Fares Assist are widespread and diverse in their nature. In addition to over 100 sites in the UK, Fares Assist is used in U.K., India, Republic of Ireland, Scandinavia, Australia and the USA. As a company, we believe that the only way for software providers to stay in business is to produce software which is stable and to have the infrastructure available to provide a customer support service which is second to none. All our products go through various stages of testing before they are released for sale and as such the number of support calls we receive is minimal enabling us to concentrate on keeping our software up to date and dealing with customer queries rather than problem calls
